We do not require you to create an account to access our website or use the Appointment Readiness Tool™. The Appointment Readiness Tool™ collects your name and email address for the purpose of delivering your appointment summary. No other information entered into the tool is stored on our servers. All additional tool data exists only in your browser session and is cleared when you leave the page.

If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry.

If you subscribe to The Care Partner's Companion™ newsletter, we collect your email address to deliver newsletter issues. We use MailerLite to manage our email list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to support basic site functionality. If you purchase a product through our shop, cookies are used to maintain your shopping session. We do not use cookies to track your personal identity.
